Shogayaki (Ginger Pork Collar) Donburi 豚の生姜焼き丼, is a popular Japanese comfort food. A generous serving of juicy pork collar goes into each bowl. The pork is also coated with savoury homemade ginger soy sauce.

Yang Gui Fei Char Siu Rice 楊貴妃チャーシュー丼

Roasted pork jowl char siu marinated with aged hua tiao. Like Yang Gui Fei, the meat is smooth, white and tender on the inside, while savoury sweet, crispy and slightly charred on the outside. Definitely one of the best char siu you have ever tasted. Served with our homemade plum ponzu sauce. Minimum order quantity is 2 donburis. It is because we have to roast blocks of pork jowl to make the char siu. And each block is about 200g to 300g+ (which is equivalent to 2 to 3 portions of our meat.)
