About the store
Our Sourdough Breads are naturally leavened without using commercial yeast. Our starter named "Doughlas" is a fermented flour and water mixture that contains wild yeast and good bacteria. Doughs are cold fermented overnight to achieve better flavor, and texture and be more easily digestible.
