Nasi Ulam is a traditional dish that is made by mixing cooked rice with of finely chopped with 15 different herbs & aromatic spices such as ginger, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, torch ginger flower etc, tossed with shredded mackerel, toasted coconut and budu. This aromatic rice dish that is packed with earthy, herbal, and slightly spicy flavors. Best eaten with sambal belachan.
