Not your typical cheesecake. Our cheesecake is inspired from Basque Country. It is a crustless cheesecake baked at high temperature to get its deeply caramelised top and creamy centre. This cheesecake has converted many non-cheesecake lovers into fans!
The cake does not contain pork/lard/alcohol/preservatives and can be stored up to 5 days in the fridge. Please take the cheesecake out from the fridge 1 hour before serving it to enjoy it at its best.
